About
Did you shop at a Kipling outlet store in California in recent years? You may be eligible for a $10 in-store voucher as part of a class action settlement over allegedly misleading outlet pricing. The lawsuit claimed that Kipling Apparel Corp. engaged in deceptive pricing practices by advertising false markdowns at its California outlet stores. Plaintiffs alleged that reference prices were inflated, making discounts appear larger than they truly were.
Kipling Apparel Corp. has agreed to resolve claims that it falsely advertised discounts based on inflated “original” or reference prices that weren’t real. While the company denies any wrongdoing, it has agreed to a settlement that provides eligible customers with a $10 voucher for use in-store.
